I found the staff very friendly! the location is fantastic with the metro super close. Reaching the airport was easy! the hotel itself is new and beautifully designed. the room was super clean, i loved the super comfortable bed!

i noticed only one bottle of water was provided for my whole stay! breakfast had issues with plate availability, i really wanted more plates!

the staff is super friendly, and i felt so welcomed! the hotel is really new and beautifully designed. it's in a fantastic location! just steps from the metro i could easily reach both the airport and the city center.

I found the on-site parking was completely full when i arrived. I had to use a public parking lot that was a 15-minute walk away, which wasn't ideal with luggage

the location is very close to the metro making transport easy.

i found the communication with the team difficult. i tried several methods but only received one reply . there was also a loud, rhythmic banging sound coming from above our room each night between 4-7am it was hard to relax.
